Do you offer customisations?

Yes! On all of our prints, you can change the bold and italic text by clicking "Change text" when you order. You then write in the box what you want the text to read as. Ensure that you spell everything correctly. 

How do I know that my custom text will look good?

Our advice - keep it short and sweet and it will look fantastic. Too much text doesn't look great on our prints.

Do I get to see a preview of my custom text?

We don't send this automatically but if you send us a message specifically asking for this, then we would be happy to send you a preview.

What suggestions do you have for the "Change text" option?

Pubs are where we go to meet our friends, go on first dates, meet our partners, have our wedding receptions, have great nights out and go out with family. They are the landmarks that remind us of the good times in places we live or once resided. For these reasons, popular requests are to change the italic text to special dates, peoples names and snippets of text such as "Our first date" and "Where it all started" or "Our first kiss". Something like this might be a good start, but it's completely up to you! 

Do you offer exchanges/refunds

As a small business, we make all prints to order and do not accept returns or exchanges. The mock ups on our site accurately reflect how our prints look. However, please do contact us if you have any problems with your order and we'll be happy to help!

How are my prints protected during shipping?

For anything over A4, super mega double 'ard tubes. Think I'm exaggerating? When you receive your print, see how many things you can break with the tube. It'll be fun. In the summer, I play Rounders with one.

For A4, we use reinforced cardboard mailers that are rated for international shipping.

What kind of paper is used?

All prints are made using 200 - 230gsm Matte Coated design paper which is especially chosen for its vibrant colour reproduction and fade resistance.

Will the prints look the same as they do online?

Every effort is made to ensure that our prints look just like the original artist illustrations.

As every digital screen is calibrated to show colours slightly differently, it is impossible to have 100% colour, but we promise that you'll love the colours in your prints!

How do I look after my prints?

When you receive your prints, we'd recommend unpacking them carefully and framing as soon as possible.

Smaller prints will be delivered flat. Larger ones are rolled, and will need some time to flatten before framing.

We would strongly recommend washing your hands first too.
